The villa has :

• 4 bedrooms including two master suites with their own bathrooms with an adjoining children's bedroom (small bed, baby bed) and an office
• either 4 double beds, two single beds and two baby beds
• 2 bathrooms (bathtub and two showers) and three toilets
• a spacious living room on the ground floor of 90 m2 with its authentic kitchen area, opening onto a beautiful terrace of 80 m2 shaded by a hundred-year-old cedar tree
• The house benefits from a magnificent garden of more than 700m2 and a terrace of more than 80m2 with an unobstructed view of the Albères and the Mediterranean as a horizon.

The house has many amenities, fiber internet and wifi (164 cm airplay TV with surround sound system, games consoles, washing machine and dryer, ironing...)

Annex (detached house) has:

• an area of almost 60 m² with
• a suite complete with its bathroom (bathtub and shower)
• completed with a living room and its private kitchen
• You will benefit from a terrace and a private garden, as well as a private parking space with its electric charger.

Between the sea and the mountains, (25 minutes from Collioure, the beaches, and Spain 15 minutes from Céret) you will stay in an annex of a villa (air conditioning, fiber and high-end equipment), in the heart of one of the largest cork forests in Europe. This annex benefits from an area of nearly 60 m² with a suite complete with its bathroom (bathtub and shower) completed by a living room and its private kitchen. You will benefit from a terrace and a private garden, as well as a private parking space with its electric charger.

Ideal for teleworking : provision of an office, screens, on request. The house benefits from fiber for an ideal connection for work or any other activities (game consoles, connected TV Netflix, Prime, canal+ etc.).

Ideal in winter to enjoy the mild temperatures and be close to the Pyrenees ski resorts. (The nearest ski resorts are 1 hour 15 minutes away). Enjoy Collioure, 20 minutes away, or escape for the day to Barcelona.

Ideal in spring and summer to enjoy the pool and the surrounding area with all the rich and varied activities offered by the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains. In summer, the house remains quite cool, especially on the bedroom levels which overlook the cedar, garden and pool. Each room is equipped with reversible air conditioning. For outdoor activities, a ping pong table and Babington accessories are at your disposal.

You can also enjoy the summer kitchen for barbecue.

Ideal for all sporting activities : Cycling and mountain biking trails with numerous trails starting from the house. France's leading padel tennis club is 15 minutes away (contact us for reservations). All mountain and water sports around the sea.

Ideal if you have an electric car : to make your electric car travel easier, a Tesla charging station is available in the garage. Very convenient upon arrival, during your stay, and before departure.

For parking, you have a private parking space at your disposal, otherwise numerous free spaces are available in the residence.

Also ideal for getting together with family at Easter or Christmas, we can also provide you with a superb country house depending on availability which will allow you to sleep up to 10 people. (In Tresserre 15 minutes from Vives).
